John R. (“Jack”) Dwyer, Jr. is “Of Counsel” with the Firm and joined Case Lombardi & Pettit in January 2014 after more than 35 years of legal practice in his own law firm.
Jack has 30 years of experience as an “AV” rated attorney and is one of the select few in Hawai’i who is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (“ACREL”). He has been recognized as a Hawaii Super Lawyer (2008-2017) by Super Lawyers. His practice focuses on real estate transactional matters, contracts, licenses, leasing, financing, and development and commercial transactions, as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution in those areas.
He has been very active in many non-profit community organizations as a Director and Officer, including with the Girl Scout Council of Hawai’i, the Rotary Club of Honolulu, the Children’s Justice Center; and he is currently, and has been for the past 8 years, the President of the Kukui Children’s Foundation.
Jack is a West Pointer and served two tours in Vietnam as an Airborne/Ranger Infantry Officer. Subsequently, he graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Miami Law School as the “Outstanding Graduate”, the Vice President of his Class, and the Articles and Comments Editor of the Law Review.
