EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lombardi represents real estate developers, hotel, time share and resort owners and operators as well as a variety of large land owners.

He concentrates his practice in real estate, land use development and hospitality law. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales, mergers, permitting, development, branding and financing of master planned residential, resort, commercial and mixed-use/hotel developments.

Dennis M. Lombardi was named 2019 Best Lawyer of the Year (an honor he also received in 2016) in the area of Administrative/Regulatory Law by Best Lawyers In America, the highly regarded lawyer referral directory. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America (2001-2024) in Corporate Law, Administrative & Regulatory Law and Real Estate Law. He has been named a Hawaii Super Lawyer (2008-2018). Mr. Lombardi is a co-author of the "State, County and Other Regulatory Issues; Lease Alternatives; Agricultural, State and Federal Lands Leases" chapter of the Hawaii Real Estate Manual, Volume IV, published in 2013 by the Hawaii State Bar Association. 

Mr. Lombardi is President of the firm and member of the firm's executive committee.
