Michelle He graduated from the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law in 2024. During law school, Ms. He worked as a legal extern to the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai‘i, a legal extern to the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i, and a summer associate at Case Lombardi. Michelle He also served as the Executive Publication Editor for the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal.
