EXPERIENCE

Ms. Foy is a director in the firm's Real Estate Group and has more than thirty years of experience as real estate attorney. She enjoys wide ranging practice that includes handling commercial and real estate finance transactions, representing both borrowers as well as national commercial banks and other capital sources in a wide-range of debt and equity transactions including timeshare financing transactions as well as loan restructurings, representing buyers and sellers in connection with commercial real acquisitions and development; and assisting title insurance companies in the resolution of title claims.

Ms. Foy is an “AV” rated attorney, possessing the highest level of skill and integrity by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. Since 2005, she has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America.
